Terms of Service
Effective date: September 28, 2026
These terms describe use of the Nexia Cloud OS public website, Nexia Developers and related online services. A separately agreed customer contract, order or data-processing agreement governs the services it covers and takes priority where it conflicts with these general terms.
1. Accounts and authority
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. When acting for an organization, you must have authority for the actions you take. Notify support@nexia.to if you suspect unauthorized access. Project owners and administrators are responsible for the access they grant to collaborators.
2. Permitted use
Use the service lawfully and within the permissions and limits assigned to you. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, distribute malware, access another customer’s information without permission, or submit content that infringes another person’s rights. Security testing must be coordinated with the Nexia team before it affects other users or production systems.
3. Your content and applications
You retain your rights in content and applications you submit. You authorize processing necessary to host, transmit and operate that content as part of the service you request. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Publishing an application may require review and additional distribution terms; uploading a draft does not itself grant public distribution approval.
4. Development, sandbox and AI features
Development and sandbox features may change and are not a substitute for a production environment or your own backups. Use suitable test data. AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect; review them before relying on them or approving an action. Access permissions, required approvals and responsibility for business decisions continue to apply when AI features are used.
5. Fees and third-party services
Paid service charges, limits, renewals and cancellation conditions are those shown in your accepted order or agreement. These terms do not create an additional paid subscription. Google, GitHub and other external services are subject to their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Linking an account does not grant rights beyond the permissions shown for that connection.
6. Service changes and suspension
Features and availability may change as the service develops. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or a breach of applicable service terms. Where circumstances permit, we will explain the reason and a way to resolve it. Contractual availability, support and recovery commitments remain governed by the relevant customer agreement.
7. Ending use and responsibility
You may stop using the service and request account closure through support@nexia.to. Coordinate customer workspace data and exports with the organization’s administrator before access ends. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion. Each party remains responsible under applicable law and its agreements; these terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or appropriate account channels, with the updated effective date. Where an additional agreement is required, it will be presented separately. Questions about these terms can be sent to the Nexia Cloud OS team at support@nexia.to.
