E-Approval

AI may prepare the proposal. It does not make the decision.

Nexia E-Approval records who made a consequential decision and what evidence they reviewed. The submission, route, responsible owner, current state, and final result do not disappear behind a single button.

    Owning App performs the action

A decision surface shared across Apps.

Apps retain their domain records and actions. Platform E-Approval owns the case, route, submitted snapshot, decision evidence, personal inbox, and history used across those Apps.

  1. Compose the case

Prepare the submission, supporting evidence, and approval route without changing the owning App record.

  2. Work from the decision inbox

Give each responsible reviewer one place to see assigned cases, current state, and available decisions.

  3. Retain evidence and history

Keep the submitted snapshot, prior actions, decision rationale, and resulting domain action connected.

Assignment and visibility do not grant decision authority.

Submission, access to a case, and decision actions use distinct permissions. The backend checks the actor, organizational scope, current E-Approval stage, and resource boundary before accepting a decision.
