Share an Agent conversation without sharing your permissions
Share a conversation snapshot with selected colleagues or through an external link, and continue in a personal copy.
What changed
Agent conversations can be shared as a text snapshot. Internal sharing limits access to selected company users; an external link allows anyone holding it to read without signing in. Review the preview before creating either link.
What this means
Later messages, attachments and actions are not included. Readers with Agent access in the original company can continue in their own conversation using their own permissions. Follow-up work does not alter the original conversation.
What to do next
Choose the audience carefully, check both internal and external sharing, and stop links you no longer need. Stopping a link cannot recall saved copies. See Share an Agent conversation and continue in your own copy.
