Share an Agent conversation and continue in your own copy

Before you share

Open your Agent conversation and choose Share conversation. Review the shared-content preview before creating a link. Sharing captures the visible conversation text at that point; later messages, attachments and actions are not included. Text can still contain sensitive business information, so check the actual preview.

Choose who can read it

1. Choose Internal users to share with selected people in the same company. Search by name or email and select the recipients, then create the link. They must sign in with an allowed company account to read it.
2. Choose External link only when anyone holding the link may read and forward the snapshot without signing in.
3. Copy the link and send it to the intended readers. Creating an internal link does not disable an existing external link; check both sharing modes.

To change internal recipients, save the access changes before copying the link. The shared snapshot stays the same when recipients change. If you need a newer snapshot, stop the existing share and create a new one after reviewing its contents.

Continue in your own conversation

A reader can choose Continue in my conversation, sign in to the original company and open a personal copy if they have Agent access and the share still permits access. New questions and responses belong to that reader's conversation; they do not change the author's conversation or the shared snapshot.

The copied text supplies context, not the author's data permissions. New data reads and actions use the reader's own access and approval requirements. Reading an external link alone does not grant access to the original company or its Agent.

Stop sharing and confirm

Return to Share conversation, select the relevant sharing mode and choose Stop sharing. The old link no longer opens the shared content. Internal and external links are managed separately. Revocation cannot recall text someone already saved or a personal copy they already created.

Confirm the link shows the intended snapshot and, for internal sharing, the intended recipient list. If it will not open, check the signed-in company/account, recipients and whether sharing has stopped. For a conversation that exceeds the sharing limit, prepare a shorter conversation and review its preview again.
