Nexia Product Updates

Start work directly from Help

Find a guide suited to your current role and continue into the relevant Nexia screen.

Published August 23, 2026

Nexia Help now includes task-oriented Feature guides. Starting a guide moves through the relevant pages and explains what to verify at each step instead of stopping at a long description.

What changed

  • Help is organized into Get started, Apps, Guides, and Shortcuts.
  • Guides shows only work supported by installed capabilities and executable with your current permissions.
  • Each step explains what to check and opens the product screen where the work happens.
  • Guides for Nexia features and installed Apps appear in one place.

Run a feature guide

  1. Choose the Help control in the Shell or press ?.
  2. Open the Guides tab.
  3. Use Search feature guides to find a task or capability.
  4. Choose a guide to navigate to its first related surface.
  5. Review the highlighted location and step explanation, then continue to the next step.

If a guide is absent, check your current Legal Entity and role. A guide is offered only when the permission set required for its complete workflow is satisfied.

How this relates to public feature documentation

Public feature guides let a visitor inspect the currently supported workflow before signing in. In-product guides use the signed-in user's installed capabilities and authority to open executable steps.

  • Product Guide: discovery, prerequisites, complete workflow, and caveats
  • Shell feature guide: steps executable by the current user and their real screen locations
  • Product update: when a capability or meaningful workflow changed and what it affects
